- Revised samples are required for any change affecting fit, safety or labeling claims.

OEM & ODM — frequently asked
- Do I need a finished design to start ODM?
- No — ODM starts from your market, channel and price target. FAUNEXIS handles trend research, concept definition and product matching before a design exists.
- What does 'customizable' actually cover?
- Customization scope is confirmed per product — some products support full structural change (OEM/ODM), others support cosmetic customization only (color, branding, packaging). We do not claim everything is customizable without qualification.
- How is confidential information handled?
- Briefs, drawings and reference samples are treated as confidential to your project. A mutual NDA can be put in place before sensitive materials are shared — request one when starting a project-based RFQ.
